What shapes the scope
Oversight needs vary with the practice and work involved.
- Services, devices and clinical complexity.
- Provider roles, experience and training needs.
- Locations and consultation coverage.
- Protocols, documentation and onboarding.
- Whether a practice is opening, expanding or changing its arrangement.
Assessing the engagement
Discuss the agreed services, time and clinical responsibilities. Review any proposed compensation, scope and written terms with qualified counsel.
